MEET TIM GODDARD

A Committed Leader for Our Town

Tim Goddard is running for Alderman to serve the people of Collierville with integrity and dedication. With extensive experience in community service and a passion for local governance, Tim is focused on ensuring our town remains safe, financially sound, and true to its small-town roots.

Tim has been a leader in both private and public sectors. Beginning in 2000, he served as the Planning Commissioner, then City Council Member and later Mayor of Covington, Washington. Most recently, he spent three years serving as a Collierville Planning Commisioner. He was also a Board Member for the Salvation Army of the Mid-South.

Tim envisions a Collierville where public safety is prioritized, property rights are protected, and infrastructure is improved. His campaign emphasizes fiscal responsibility, the need to solicit community feedback before making decisions, sustainable economic growth, fostering a vibrant and connected community with a continued moratorium on apartment developments.

As a retired executive with Autozone and CSK with experience in operations, finance and cross team collaboration, he managed a $300M+ budget, many large community projects and the people and resources needed to be highly successful. He is a resident of Collierville for more than a decade, he knows the community, and how to make decisions without sacrificing our values.
